我现在是H1, 并且140刚过，被现在H1的雇主发现在找工作， 他们直接Terminate
EMployment Contract. 我现在是有2个offers一个刚签字send 给对方HR, 另一个还要2
天时间被他家公司approve流程走完。
请问， 如果现在公司立即report我的H1终止，我需要在几天内完成transfer, 还是说
理论上我几经不能transfer了？
我老婆也是H1， 如果我先转成H4, 从H4转H1， 这样需要有cap number的限制吗？（今
年的 pool已经用完了） |

如果你已经有offer, 就没必要绕了。
如果你交了H4申请，批下来以前又申请H1。
H1批了，H4 又批了，就不好办。
H1可加急，H4不能加急。
你没法控制H1先批还是H4先批。
名额受不受限制，移民局有明确规定，不是秘密。
很容易找到英文版。

现在的雇主可以任何一天通知USCIS终止H1，如果他们终止在先， 后面的H1 transfer
还存在可行性吗？ 我能控制是H4，不能控制的时间是H1 transfer， 所以才想看看是

No need to panic.
Given that you've got an offer, you can tell the new company about this and
ask them to do it ASAP. It takes
a few days.
I understand you might be waiting for decision of the
second company. If that takes more time, it is not good.
If the first company can file your H1 ASAP, you can
start working. It is that simple. H4 can take a few months. What do you do
during that time?
What if the new company does not want to wait for another 2 months? What if
they cancel the offer?
