件房子的价格比马里兰的合理多了。

发帖数: 505 | 9 新房跟合适的价位不适用这些学区。你要到Germantown的话，70来万就能买到很新的房
子了。其实好的老房子更有特点，比新的cookie cutter出来的新房有味道多了。材料
做工还是老房子好。

发帖数: 505 | 11 不是很了解，North West 跟Queens Orchard好像也不错。前些年很多老中搬到
Germantown那边，那边10年以内3500～4000尺的房子现在似乎便宜了不少， 远远到不
了1米了。但是到了Wooton跟Churchill一下子就贵上去了， 基本上15～20年的房子
3500尺的都要一米。

About 600k-700k you can get a nice SFH if you are lucky. |

Indian populations are exploding in south Germantown area. In 5-10 years,
the schools there will be as good as Wooton.
个人认为目前买房，south Germantown性价比最好

边儿了。
