so you want to get started? get instructor or buy books or DVD first.....
but let's keep it open, maybe understand it a little bit, and integrate one move or two later on ....

rule of thumb to try new exercise, DON'T BE A MAN, BE A GIRLY GIRL: review the instruction multiple times,
try with very light weight, see body reaction, gradual progression...

both boxer no too much bulging muscles, no big arms or legs, but very smooth
muscle tone all over body, very flat ab...
vanes slipped down to floor during a round, but he kipped up immediately,,,
amazing staminia anerboic endurance and strengh...
so called "functional strength".... |
