bellcore/telcordia is a commercial company, not a non-profit org.
it has its r&d, s&m even manufacturing, not only its bellcore std.
group. I think telcordia is the only company in us passed cmm5
at company level.
plus even itu-t/ansi not free either, why you expecting telcordia
to be free. |
