his concerns about the extended responsibilities are valid.
the point is, at some point in your career, you will have to
stretch out of your comfort zone and do things that you are
not familiar with or not good at. nobody is born a manager.
so take the challenge and work hard. if you stay in your
comfort zone, you will never be ready to move up. |
