十字路口的时候绿灯，我直行，内侧线
迎面一辆车强行左拐，我闯了他的侧面，他继续走，闯了我右道后方直行车辆
警察看了说是这个左转的责任
都已经订好了，后天去多轮多玩得，搞不好要泡汤了:(
想问问有经验的同志们，我有500deductalbe.我是应该 file straight to the other
insurance company, state farm in this case
or
use my own, Geico, and have my insurance company deal with the other
insurance company? if i do, i will have to pay 500 out of my pocket...for
now and no guarantee when i can get the money back from the other person's
