My calendar is stuffed with meetings during the day, so the only time I can
get things done are nights and weeekends.
When I see my staff taking off at 6 and leaving their laptops on the dock, I
fire them.

The trick can only be played once. Once somebody notice this, all your staff
will take laptop home everyday and pretent they are busy.
