base 130K, signon bonus 10K, options 30K.
I think the options are a little low, even if the company valued 10 times
after 4-5 years, the money is still too little to buy a townhouse in bay
area.
Any suggestions about how to negotiate the options?

for further negotiation, but don't expect too much.

outstanding shares, the company is growing very fast now . how about that?
is this the typical shares for a new hiring?

发帖数: 3688 | 6 You can probably use other offers to negotiate against each other. If you
want more stock upside and are willing to take more risk, perhaps you can
look at smaller start up companies. I am sure they are a dime a dozen in SV.
