approach多长不太清楚了, 这次他们走的路线和我以前走的不一样
不过肯定是个比较合适的two day climb

当然有机会backpacking的话,能看到更多的view
St.Helens的问题是现在雪没了,不好看, 如果你只是开车到view point看看还好, 如果
是hike,没啥可看的了.

东北边从sun rise附近, 可以到glacier basin, 也能算个day hike吧
西边也有一些, 现在雪还太多
north cascade可以走cascade pass那条trail, 也是个day hike, 其他的就在那几个湖
附近转转.

始跟guiding company爬了一次rainier，后来03年跟一帮朋友爬了denali，06年加入我
们club上basic class，他的snow水平比很多intermediate学生应该牛不少，呵呵，只
是差rock。
这哥们很牛，我们一路聊自行车，他玩racing。他们一帮人经常组织些很有意思的race
，比如把local的路封一段比赛，很短但是很多弯，跑很多lap。有的时候赛前不确定多
少lap，比赛中间突然决定，拉一下铃，这就是最后一个lap了，大家抢finish line。
这些人居然平均速度都在26MPH以上，太牛了。我估计我平地上TT都到不了这速度:P
哥们的GF是外科大夫，在做住院医，准备做完了就搬家去阿拉斯加，John准备做guide
，把微软的工作辞掉。有追求啊。

基本上就没问题．技术上的事情全有guide company帮你搞定，甚至gears都有人帮你背．
而且和guide company签订了协议，也不能保证登顶，如果最后因为天气，或者自己身
体条件不行，那就撤下来了．
这个人身体素质应该是相当不错．

数，要靠天气和其他因素决定．所以需要很大热情才行．
我是有这个打算，不过现在时机还不成熟，也需要等几年．
