"Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder"
I feel that I had this and was hesitating to seek treatment till later I met
someone who made me happy and I thought finally i was over it. however, all
the intense feeling and nightmares are coming back again for no reason......
I do really wanna go to see a psychiatrist, however, i have never tried this
before and i do really doubt whether Americans can understand what chinese
people interpret and understand things....

发帖数: 36 | 2 Actually, one of the reason that I've been hesitating for a long time is
that I refused to accept that I might be weak in mental. Also tried to talk
about this with some of my closest friends and they felt that i was just
over thinking. also i feel that maybe people would think it's just an excuse
that you r not working hard or performing well enough...
i do know that PTSD will impair brain function, causing memory problems, and
social phobia behaviors ...but i don't think that people will buy t | j*n

你既然知道PTSD的全称，肯定研究过了。PTSD是人的脑袋化学平衡出问题了吧，用
pinklady的通俗易懂的诠释。不是人能控制的。PTSD对人伤害可大可小，但是绝对不能
轻视了。
太在意别人的看法不知道算不算一个症状。不要管别人怎么说，去看医生吧。

有时收音机里会突然来上这么一段：
我是XX的队友，他最近表现很差，而且时常不来训练。。。
我是XX的同事，他很懒，完全是在混饭。。
。。。
我是XX的医生，I know he's sick.
你的担心其实是大多数患者的担心。我相信，现在社会对抑郁症的接受程度高了很多，
但是这里绝大多数人，包括我自己，都不想去挑战这个接受度，选择了不公开和别人讨
论自己的病情。
但是无论别人理解与否，不妨碍你关注自己的健康问题，不妨碍你去寻求医生的帮助。
有病就是有病，没有这个病，或许会有那个病。有歧视倾向的，不歧视你这个，就会歧
视你那个，和你有关系么。
这里没医生。你要是想对PTSD有更多了解，不妨去请教下专业人士。

Why r u so sure u got PTSD?
things might be more complex than that.
For depression, it is not related to mental toughnes.
Strong or weak, any one can get it.
