.875% (3.958% APR), 360 monthly payments of approximatel y $1,411 each (
principal and interest only). The application of discount points will be
determined by the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio combined with certain
representati ve credit scores. Points also apply to certain cash-out
refinance transactions , certain condominium transactions , and some
