Last year we casually asked the seller how about a price of 1.05mil
the way he looked at us was full of anger and hatred, as if he saw two crazy
(and poor) person, almost kick us out. (we're not going to buy it anyways,
too small) - I guess finally he could not hang on anymore. | g********n

No it's not listed at 800K, never was. The last listing price was ~1.15mil (
?), and was sold for 1,070,000 (closed on 08/03)
