么都不知道，还是shock.
今天去诊所，才知道可能周四就要开始lupron， 比我想的要早好几天。一下子买
lupron就成当务之急了。前几天还去推荐的bluecross网站上查了，我的copayment是5
块，还挺得意的。今天从诊所离开后就立马开去cvs， 要拿lupron。结果药房的说，保
险不包，我说不会， 我在网上查了的。后来药房的人吞吞吐吐地说，可能要pre-
authorization。于是马上给bluecross打电话，被告知，这个药要pre-authorization
，把我电话transfer去wellpoint pharmacy，wellpoint 的人说今天会传真去我医生那
里，需要三天批准。
整个事情我到现在还搞不清楚，问问几位姐妹：批准了后，我是在任何地方拿药都可以
呢，还是要等wellpoint寄给我？这个是的fertility药，有点担心，你们的lupron批准
的都没有问题吧？ |

companies have different policies. But I have to order from the pharmacy
specified by my insurance. They ship overnight. |

Monday to Thursday. If you order medications on Friday or Saturday, most
likely it will take the whole weekend to ship to you (As far as I know no
online pharmacies work on Sunday). So my nurse told me to check my
medications on Thursday to make sure I have enough medications to go through
the weekend. |

的药来了还给诊所。
一直以为还早，前两个星期都跟没事人一样在玩，现在突然间说开始，就马上要开始了
，真是有点措手不及。

to make sure the doctor's office is processing the request from the
insurance company. Also you can ask the insurance if you can get the
medicine first. |

I paid for it first. The pharmacy told me that there is possibility that I
cannot get reimbursement, depending

以我说一定要先和insurance确认好。要打电话，不要只在网上确认。
据我所知，Bluecross保险有指定的药房去fill这些特殊的药：
PrecisionRx Specialty Solutions 1-800-870-6419 Free shipping。
bluecross允许你第一次在别的药房fill。然后他会给你发通知，说你要在PrecisionRx
Specialty Solutions fill blahblah.
另外CVS有这些药吗？
我的shock也是从lupron开始的。

发帖数: 158 | 11 wellpoint pharmacy 其实是保险公司，专门handle药的保险。他们不会给你寄药的。
wellpoint pharmacy批准了你的药，你就可以到药房去fill了。
你得叫你的护士赶快handle这个事。叫他给wellpoint pharmacy提交lupron的pre-
authorization的文件。

发帖数: 364 | 12 我太天真了，在蓝十字网上price drug,它让选附近的药房，我随便选了，cvs, target
, 都显示药的COPAYMENT多少。我以为这就可以了。今天去cvs， 他们说可以现order，
明天送到，看来lupron还是比较普遍的。
Bluecross 今天叫我打去 wellpoint pharmacy 1-800-700-2541, 我想wellpoint应该
是指定药房吧。
不上战场不知道打仗的辛苦啊。希望我的经历也给后来人一个警示，什么都没做的时候
，不要以为自己都懂了。

你的保险的，比你护士找保险公司快多了。

等批下来了就让护士帮我ORDER好了。 其实今天WELLPOINT的人说批下来之后去哪里拿
药都成， 我昨天问的CVS，他们也有这药，不算太麻烦。还好我保险什么都不包，其它
药都自己买，不用跟保险公司打交道了。

发帖数: 12791 | 18 我的药是护士问了我的保险之后直接发到LA的一个药店的，他们专门处理fertility的药
然后药店发现保险公司需要autherization，就给护士fax paper work，护士第二天就
发给了保险公司，保险公司用了3天approve。
