在ebay的帮助文档里关于DSR有这样一段话：
"For sellers with 400 or more transactions, we evaluate the low detailed
seller ratings (1s and 2s) received during the 3 most recent calendar months
. For all other sellers, the evaluation period will be the 12 most recent
calendar months."
请问400个transactions是指在最近3个月内的交易总和，还是过去12个月的交易总和?
