the name, address and phone number are different from what i gave them. They
could not verify my personal information and hence could not give me any
support. Now we wonder if this is a used computer and somebody actually
registered this computer and later returned to the seller. For your
information the service tag of my laptop is FJ98Q1 which is under a
different person's name. I need explanation here. Thanks | m****9
