发帖数: 59 | 1 新手，发现在amazon上FBA的产品，客人退货，amazon已经把钱refund给客户了，但是
没见到退回的货物入库，发生几次了。
给amazon发信，说货物还没退回就已经退款了，如果45天没有收到退货，就会把款给打
回来。这个好像不怎么靠谱，如果seller不留意，谁知道到底有没有把款打回来个
seller。
关键是FBA东西多了，amazon的inverntory report其实乱的很，查起来很费劲。
请教高人们，大家是怎么处理这个问题的，或者amazon有什么地方有帐可查，或者自己
要记一本帐，那有推荐的软件或方法吗？

Sometimes Amazon try to cheat you, for example, for new FBA shippment, they
suppose to receive it into inventory, but they did not, say you send in 5 of
them, they only receieve 4 and one being lable as "inventory found", if you
open ticket to claim they did not receive all 5, they will tell you, 4 + 1
= 5
but if you have any inventory missing or pending return, that india
programing code(auto reimburstment) also use that "inventory found" to cross
out any inventory missing or pending. so you may just lost $$ | d*********r

有100多个，加上adjustment出来的，也缺很多。。。FBA如果不查账，赔钱都不知道怎
