"并且说”seller proection eligible“，我才发了images给他的，现在paypal把我账
号冻结了，里面的钱取不出来，这都7/8年的账号了，打电话说要shipping traking
number，今天刚把实体卡寄出去，验证身份，把买卡的invoice也附上了，还是不行，
求问是不是中招了，谢谢！

Option 2. Money in your PayPal account will be held for 180 days. After 180
days, we'll email you information on how to receive your funds.

case，Paypal TMD太欺负人了。。。
