from the date of placing the order. This additional 30 day buffer period is
because, in most cases, the Order date and the Shipment Delivery date is
different. Since we will not be able to verify as to when the shipment was
actually delivered, we issue a buffer period of extra 30 days for refunds.
- If the refund is within this 60-day return window, an additional 45 days
is provided to the buyer to return the unit. If the unit is not returned
within 45 days from the date of refund, then the seller is automatically

“ If Amazon accepts a return within the 30 days following the end of the
stated returns window, the return will be processed the same as if the
product was received during the returns window.
If Amazon accepts a return more than an additional 30 days beyond the end of
the returns window for that product (30 days for most products, 90 days for
Baby products), Amazon will reimburse you for the returned unit in
accordance with the FBA Lost and Damaged Inventory Reimbursement Policy”
