有一个heated greenhouse，玻璃有好些处破损，挨着有一歪脖树顶着。房子还有一收
集雨水的系统带pump，按说是菜农的dream house。可ld闲房子太大，不想搬，就只能
做rental了。
现在就是这暖房不知道咋整，修补好，还是彻底拆了。

房客要是不喜欢，也是个麻烦。

balance the cost of fixing the greenhouse & tear it down, then think how
long you can get the money back from the rent.
is it a good deal if the trouble of the greenhouse not included? |
