Watermelon is also an excellent source of such vitamins and minerals as

首先,西瓜是含92%的水。但是哪种蔬菜水果不是含这么多水呢?

天然蔬菜水果含水量都很高,没有任何可区分性。因此这段是多余的。
第二,西瓜含纤维高,是错的。西瓜总碳水中,每1cup,10克纯sugar,1克fiber
这段是basic fact不对。
第三,西瓜能不能减肥,跟保养前列腺那段有什么关系?
加那么一大段medical term,显得自己很authoritative,实际完全irrelevant
第四,西瓜除了维生素A和C能达到daily intake的significant portion以外
其他他所提到的营养元素,完全不能靠西瓜补充,这是夸大其词。
比如,维生素B1在西瓜里是痕量的,根本就不在营养表中,B6,每一cup只占daily
intake 3%
你靠西瓜补B1,每天要吃30碗西瓜才够。钾,只占daily intake, 5%,这哪儿能count
?
最后,为什么要早上吃,完全没有论证。
总结:此篇唯一意义,就是当论说文的不靠谱的极端反例。。。。。

真的好爱西瓜阿,吃的快排的也快,上两次厕所就没了,哈哈。。。昨晚吃西瓜吃到水
饱,今早一秤比昨晚轻了七磅,有史以来最大的24小时内体重差 |
