gift.
Plus, it is better getting a dog in China. It costs much less. And he/she
gets to pick his/her the one to his/her heart. |

China as a gift is even worse.
- you don't know if your friend can bond with the dog, let alone committing
to this life long responsibility
- It's much more expensive than getting it locally, cost for dog plus cost
for shipment plus going through custom
- Dog will suffer a lot going through the custom and the associated
isolation
