120HZ to make picture more smooth.
How it works? Think about a car on the TV screen moving fast from left to
right, let's assume the car moves 1 inch on a 60HZ between frames, then on
120 HZ TV, the car moves 0.5 inch between frames, so you do not feel "jump"
