这次用thankyou point买马鬃的GC，读了下面的小字，越发confuse。
"This reward is an electronic gift card. When you redeem your points for an
Amazon.com Gift Card, a claim code will be sent with your order e-mail
notification. Amazon.com Gift Card claim codes can only be claimed one time.
Once claimed (the code is applied to an Amazon.com account), the code
cannot be activated again."
感觉很复杂啊，什么叫"claim code 只能claimed one time"?必须全部面值一次用完吗？
还有，用这个GC买的东西能refund回来吗？to what? Another GC?

我用来买车tune up的配件（火花塞， fuel filter什么的）， 有一个东西被我退掉了
，只有信用卡的钱退回去了， $25的claim code照扣不误。

不知道你怎么确定那个claim code是GC的。

claim code是你在往Amazon GC账户上加钱用的。这个code只能用一次，加完了就作废
了。然后你加上去的钱就永远存在你的GC账户上，买东西就减少你的GC账户的balance
，退货就加到这个balance上。 |

Promotional Discount是不能refund的，退货的话就消失了
但是可以通过电话或者chat来argue到，通常会要求你另外买个别的东西，然后重新
apply discount |
