过去一个月老中排期在07年1月1日前的待批人数减少200人。
过去一个月老中排期在08年1月1日前的待批人数减少250人。（即07年全年待批数自然
减员50）
过去一个月老中排期在10年1月1日前的待批人数减少250人。（即08，09年待批数不变
。）
过去一个月老印排期在07年1月1日前的待批人数自然增加25（估计是EB3升级上来的
）。
过去一个月老印排期在08年1月1日前的待批人数自然增加75（即07年全年待批数增加50
，EB2I排期在07年的不可能递485,这增加的50无法解释）。
过去一个月老印排期在10年1月1日前的待批人数自然增加25（即08，09年全年待批数自
然减员50（08，09年EB2I不可能递485，这两年的待批数本来就很可疑。））。

别太认真了，极有可能就是4%的样本，然后乘以25。
要不然所有的数字都会是25的倍数？
有一种可能，就是5% 的样本，但是他们还是乘以25。 这个demand高于实际的by25%.

糊弄大家的。真正有用的信息，比如实批数全都隐藏。这里真正有用的信息我的定义是
可以用来验证奥傻排期制定过程的信息。通过Demand Data根本无法验证。大家自己看
看就好了。 |

这下我认为没有太多疑问了5月PD应该到2006年10月是可能有EB3I 转 EB2I但是O傻按规
定就是根据DOS公布的Demand data来设定排期。现在有12000个名额，........

发帖数: 1987 | 17 Demand Data是当前状态的一个数据。具体说就是反映目前有多少已递交485的人待批。
从上一个月的状态变化到这一个月的状态，中间的过程是怎么变过来的我们无法知道。
举个例子，印度EB2待批数从上个月13300变化到本月10425，这其中的过程有以下一些
可能:
A）EB3升级，导致待批数增加，
B）EB2升级导致待批数减少，
C）新递交485导致待批数增加，
D）USCIS实批导致待批数减少，
E）其他自然减员（比如海归，裁员等等）导致待批数减少。
最后在A）B）C）D）E)加加减减的综合作用下印度EB2待批数减少了2875.
我们只知道2875，但不知道A）B）C）D）E)中的任何一个数值。
只能说B)C)E)的数值相对比较小,D)肯定是占大头，A）很难说。从485 inventory里印
度排期推进的这两个月（上月排期5/8/06到本月排期7/1/06）的数据可以看出，本身这

排期前进，如原帖所言完全取决于SO的数量，我说的每年20K的SO只是个非常大概的估
计，没人知道下一年究竟SO有多少。 去年P8388预测今年SO有30K+的时候大家都认为绝
不可能。。。
希望明年SO多多！ 能保持今年的量不下降我就心满意足了。 |

china eb2 to submit 485 in the past four years.
now he is facing another embarrasing moment: supply exceeds demand.

number of cases approved in FY 2008.
Totally there are around 4000 Chinese PERM with PD 2008.
PWMB has demand of 3000 Chinese PERM with PD 2007 and missed the boat. |
