字相加，see http://www.uscis.gov/USCIS/Green%20Card/Green%20Card%20Through%20a%20Job/I-485%20Employment-Based%20Inventory%20Statistics/Employment%20Based%20I-485%20Pending%20Inventory%20as%20of%20June%202011.pdf
也就是说本月current的人（PD 3/15/07前的人）已经被奥本算作已批了，不
计算在demand内了。但PWMB（People Who Missed Boat）且这两月刚交485的有没有被
计算在demand内尚不清楚。其他排期在07年8月-07年12月的显然没有被计算在Demand内
，否则1/1/08前的实际demand不可能只有4050.从这份Demand Data看，我估计8月VB不
会突破07大潮。

个月，还是3个月，还是1年，还是3年？不能定量，那就只能All C，但All C又是不可

我是觉得All C不太可能。所以应该用以往的经验估算一下每月回有多少demand, 然后
把PD推进几个月，建立新的库存。之后的PD 可以根据新收的申请数量再决定推进多少
。这个PD实际上是假PD,只是用来建立新的库存的。
我的疑问就是除了All C,或只到大潮为止08/2007， 就不会有第三种可能吗 - 到大潮
后的某个月？

，这个系数怎么得来的也没人知道，可能会考虑过去的已批140的485递交率等因素。

为了避免9月C,8月奥需要提前开闸来测试水量大小.
比较稳妥应该在2008/01左右.然后在9月继续开闸. |
