I-864: Affidavit of Support,不需要,这个是和I-485一起作为I-485的支持文件.
Evidence for bona fides of marriage: 感觉边缘证据太多,没意义,挑重点的,象有孩
子的孩子的出生纸,联合银行帐号给一两份statements,等等,类似证据过多,会分散处理
人的注意力.
I-485:
Copy of passport identity page, visa, I-94, SSN;有要求SSN COPY吗?感觉在表里
填清楚SSN就可以了.
Copy of 3 month paystub;三月的PAYSTUB太多了,建议抽几张不同时代的PAYSTUB就可
以了.

Claim 三项
文章：6月提交时12篇；现14篇 （IF 1-10不等）
引用：提交时总共79，其中69他引；现112，其中98他引。
审稿：提交时38，现52
三项都承认，但是不承认small percentage，具体NOID内容在本文最后。
求建议：
1. IO提到我提交的推荐信中有几封是当时申请NIW用过的，所以就没采用（尽管内容改
了，而且是重新签的字。）不过不管怎么说，IO已经认为推荐信没有说服力。关键是很
多信中只是提到引用了我的文章，没有说具体怎么用的，难有说服力。能用新的推荐信
来说服吗？发现最近有一两篇文章在引用我文章是提到采用了我的方法，但也没有具体
描述。这个作者的信是不是会更有说服力？
2. 引用倒是涨了一些，但大部分都是一片挂名（7作）的文章引用，也只有这篇能根据
ESI算上1%以上；还有另外一篇一作只能算是10%。这些percentage在上次提交时都没有
提，因为当时引用也没有那么多，在回复NOID时这两篇（特别是10%那个）都有必要提
一下吗？

我是DIY.大致说一下我的背景：生物医学基础研究，中英文20篇，大部分是中文老文水
文。总引用不到200，大部分中文引用，独立180左右。近两年发的文章质量可以但是没
引用。我用来claim贡献的引用总计估计也就60多个。别的属于三无人员。没列引用排
名等各种%比较，因为拿不出手。
在PL里，我是这么论述贡献的：列了三项贡献，逐项介绍（领域里存在的问题，我解决
了啥，影响了领域），工作被别人implemented（全是引用的例子）；三个贡献中各穿
插一个引用文章的独立推荐人来背书；被综述和书引用来证明被广泛讨论和赞扬；引用
推荐人的话证明工作意义重大。
上周直接PP的，几天后被RFE,昨天收到信，同意文章和审稿，质疑contribution。已经
联系了大蜜帮忙。在他老人家去北极看日出归来前（呵呵），先麻烦大伙给看看，想想
主意对付这个0444.感觉这个0444还是很高效仔细的，揪住了我的贡献不足使劲咬。

claim老三样，authorship，reviewing，contribution。递材料的时候发了１４篇文章
，其中一作（包括共同一作）９篇，没有太好的杂志，共同作者的三篇文章贡献了大部
分引用，所以总引有２８０多次。总审稿是９个杂志１５文章１９次。自己没有太好的
经验就找了口碑还不错的律师，材料准备齐了以后我还觉得挺满意的，结果８／１３提
交+ＰＰ后，很快８／１９就收到ＮＯＩＤ了。移民官的总体判断是提交的证据满足了
三条标准，但是totality不够。

到RFE,感觉像是模板，希望版上各位大神给点建议！
背景：
Paper: 9篇 （7篇一作，2篇2作，其中五篇top journals，两篇一作citation超过一百)
Citation: 250+
Review: 40个
Claim老三样，找了六个独立推荐人写推荐信，两个美国的（其中一个工业界），一个
香港的，一个希腊的，一个德国的，一个西班牙，其中有四个是IEEE Fellow。因为DIY
的推荐信，把能吹得都吹了，个人觉得还算strong,而且六个人都基本没改。在版上看
了好多RFE的case,还有一个有经验的师兄帮我看材料把关，感觉把能避免的都已经避免
了,结果还是被RFE。
第十四天收到了RFE,IO是XM1218。承认review和authorship,质疑contribution。感觉
像是没时间看扔出的模板，不知道是好事还是坏事，更不知道该怎么回复，请各位大神

the already approved I140 will not be invalidated automatically. The already
approved I140 will be invalidated only when (1) BCIS re-adjusticate it and
deny it (2) the petitioner revoke it.
Unlike H1B, the petitioner is not required to revoke I140 when benificiary
get laid off. In general, the petitioner is required to revoke I140 only

citation的evidence。即使是contribution，如果你仔细看rfe template里面的要求，
citation也只是可以提供的证据之一，不是required。提供citation作为contribution
的证据，是因为这个证据最容易。
我在下面把uscis对authorship和contribution里面2项的要求都贴了出来，排版比较烂，大家将就看。。。

Frankly speaking, for the same lawyer, somebody may like him/her, somebody
may not, and the effectiveness of the collaboration also depends on their
interaction. So probably a normal rating is that some reviews are good, and
some reviews are not so good, but not necessarily that bad.
If a lawyer is not responsive all the time, it's probably the time to move
