只有打满六年以上, 合约又已经到期的球员, 才是真的自由了;
打了4-5年,合约又已经到期的RFA球员, 就有tender系统的限制:
** 在03/01, 球队会对他们想要保留的RFA做出一个tender,
以第几轮来定位: 比如对A是第一轮的, 那给他的一年合约就要在$1.7M以上;
如果给B的是第四轮, 那给他年薪就是$700K-$900K, 等等.
没有得到球队tender的那些, 马上就真正自由了.
已经给出但还没签的tender可以被球队收回, 这人也自由了.
** 如果这个RFA签了球队的一年tender,
那他就又是有主的人了, off the market.
然后球队可以把他换到其他队, 他今年必须以这个价钱出赛.
(当然他也可以和新队续约).
** 如果他没有签, 那他在04/15之前可以和其他任何队谈判.
如果谈成了一份(多年)的合约, 那么原来的主队可以有两个选择:
让他走, 那就从新队那里得到事先定位好的那一轮的大学草稿权;
或者就是一字不动的match那份新合约, 把他留住.

布延长offer。因为持有JAV，scottrade发email问是否参与这个offer，加入的话就交$
25。 是新手没遇到过这种情况，请教大牛一个问题。
看了JAV网站首页上的两则消息，感觉两者还是挺可能交易成功的。如果赌这个的话，
选择加入这个offer好像是最简单的做法。 问题是如果不加入会怎样呢？看到一句“如
果并购成功, Javelin's shares would cease to be traded on the NYSE Amex”。所
以如果没通过scottrade加入这个交易的话， 手里的JAV股票还能继续买卖，或者卖给
Hospira吗？
