have a few weeks to accept it or reject it. At this point it's critically

just started working in the industry. The above comments are simply some
basic principles during offer negotiation (or communicating with higher-
level managers, if you will) here in U.S. Take it easy, you will get the
offer soon. just be cautious and speak less during the conversation tomorrow.
