USCIS records indicate that an element of the background check process was
initiated in Ms. xx’s Form I-485 case; and is not yet complete. After this
process is complete, the Alien File (A-File) containing the aforementioned
Form I-485 may be referred to an administrative review which will facilitate
the return of the case to an officer for adjudication. We are unable to
determine the date on which your constituent’s permanent residency case
will be assigned to an adjudicating officer and when the adjudication
process will be complete. Please note that we are unable to grant requests
for expedited processing in Form I-485 cases.
这个是不是说background check is not clear?有收到类似回复的等了多久才绿的啊？ |

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your
case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform
additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing
time.
请问有什么经验可以提供吗？

发帖数: 160 | 7 我的case和你相差一周左右，也是NSC， 主副分别SR得到的结果是your case is
currently under review by an officer. 都是模板回复，不过很多人绿（或者RFE）
之前收到的模板是这个under review的回复。 bless我们的case。
