know if they took any action on the prior H approval. (Thus we do not know
if they notified Immigration that you had a status change or not and we are
not able to determine that). We do though know that your case was not filed
for concurrent employment with both your old employer and our company.
It may make sense for you to retain counsel to get some advice about next
steps. As I mentioned, I am not able to provide you legal advice. You will
probably need to determine if your old employer took any action on your
Visa and what the ramifications would mean for your status if the did versus
if they did not. We do have a little time before we need to notify
Immigration if you don’t come on board, but if you don’t at some point we
will need to send a letter notifying them.

不用告诉老公司，直接继续工作就好了。就跟你没办过transfer一样。
至于新公司会不会把你新申请的h1撤销，就随他去了。
