to match. sometimes they would do if they want to earn your business.

发帖数: 5184 | 3 个人感觉还是直接和大银行做loan好，我们直接和BOA贷的，过程很正规，一lock rate
就有相应文档发给你，不会以后再有rate的纠纷。
否则你不到最后一刻都不知道你的lender是谁，没准过几天你的lender就倒闭了，loan
就转手了，呵呵
另外，二道贩子肯定是要赚钱的，为什么不直接和银行做呢？

BOA的拖closing date在buyer attorney的市场里面是出了名了，
BOA有句名言，我们就是BOA，我要你做什么你就做，不要跟我讨论closing时间的问题。
当时听的我极其无语，Wells Fargo这个全美最大的也没有他这么扯蛋。
