Now looking at the low rates, thinking about 5 year ARM, the agent told me
that she could get 3.625 no cost for 5 year ARM, well she said not very easy.
Anyhow, I was told that 4.875 30 years no cost and 4.25 15 years no cost. It
looks the deal better then last year. And it's similar to your agent's
quote.
