人找他买房。文化和审美观点原因吧，我觉得中国人会比较喜欢我现在的房型。那如果
找他做listing agent会有什么好处和坏处吗？我能想到的好处是他的中国客户多，但
是网上以前的帖子讨论过不能用listing agent买房，那好处又变成缺点了。真不知道
怎么办好。
有建议说找卖房子多的agent，这种信息哪里找呀。我好像两眼一抹黑，什么信息都找

have listing(s) there too. Buyer agent can cover a lot of places, but most
of them doesn't necessary work at any specific area. Also, some of the buyer
agent never sold a house before. By the way, which zip code are you in?
