友的经验，275k的房子，12k的cost貌似很高啊。我列一下具体的，请帮忙看一下是否

州的规定不太一样，像新泽西，owner's title insurance都是buyer自己付的。 |

transfer tax is a ripoff but it is what it is. many places charge only 1/10
of your amount. |

3. owner's title insurance 550
4. government recording charges 60
5. transfer taxes 636
buy my own insurance 750
I pay 1360 and items 3 and 5 paid by seller. |
