It is a 70 year old house to be bought at $645k in MO (with a conventional
loan).
I was told that they cannot drop the insurance limit below this value. If
the bank later gave a lower replacement cost from its appraisal, do
insurance companies change their replacement cost,i.e. the Dwelling amount?
