第三,二选一,得看你准备在房子里准备继续住多少年,你也没说。
现在付的越多,你就越需要在房子里呆得越久才能通过利率差把现在多付的
closing cost 捞回来。
让 Broker 给你个实在的 No closing cost 的 Rate 吧,
然后,每一个 0.125% rate = Loan * 1% 的 closing cost.
