Negotiation depends on the bargaining power. | p******y 发帖数: 3523 | 4 作为loan来说,已经花的appraisal fee是没法退的。
不过,也不需要特别担心,除非是为了bid其他人,特意出高价,大部分情况下都是可以把价钱谈下来的,因为除非现在的owner可以拿到cash deal,否则还是会面临同样的问题。 | b*d 发帖数: 9308 | 5 损失的就是inspection和appraisal fee.
