发帖数: 1879 | 8 一般的银行都会有4-6 个月的限制。 你的代理会和你签定一个和约或者口头协议。 每
个银行的条例不同， 你应该问问你的代理。
而且有时即使当前银行没有日期限制， 你随时可以做Refinance， 但是新的银行也会
要求你在title 上满4 个月后才可以重贷款。
