发帖数: 5191 | 9 lock confirmation上应该有lock的rate, program, 以及lender给的rebate.
对10ARM来说, 3.125%就算要出$5000 cost也算是很好的deal. 所以还是要个
confirmation比较安心.
如果真的是no cost, no fee,麻烦告诉我一声是哪家的CU, 我就让我的client直接找它
家去做. Thanks
