Refinance就可以做到No Point, No Fee。

if 15 day lock can not close in 15 days, you pay some penalty each extension

pretty similar to 30 day close if it really takes 30 day to close eventuall
y.
Anyway, if you have loan approval already in this refinance case, I think 15
day is fine
