today. Course is flat except for rolling hills from mile 7 to mile 10.
Yhflogan paced me for the last mile @ some 6 min pace and helped me pick off
an older speedy dude. But I didn't believe him when he told me its only a
few hundred meters left and it was time to kick hard. By the time I was
ready to kick, the finish line was already in front of me. Felt great except
a big blister on my foot. Mentally, I'm definitely hungry for more, but
nycmq is no longer on my agenda. Will focus on running a sub 3 marathon in

发帖数: 1283 | 9 I was being a tiny bit conservative - but I just don't have enough mileage
right now to back up the gut.:) My weekly mileage is no more than 50 right
now. No regrets though - I've been enjoying my training at lot this fall. I
still need to get to 70+mpw in preparation for next spring's Boston marathon.

though. They actually helped me pass two guys. In terms of racing other
runners hills are to my advantage. Though they don't help with the race
against the clock.

If I could find my 305 in the morning and have paced you a little more,
starting from the flat after hills, you may have a better chance. But still
