加一句，富人除了Charity Contribution，大都不是靠personal itemized deduction
或mortgage deduction减税的。收入高到一定程度deduction都是不能用的。他们是像
罗姆尼自己一样，用各种tax shelter逃税。中产阶级才是用deduction最多的。 |

i.e. the more people are on the jobs, more people will pay into the tax
system. speaking for individual middle class, they probably paying even less
.
that is so called revenue neutral.
