in 328/335, however for manual gearboxes since their structure
is realtively less complicated and their performance rely more
on the driver's manipulation than the gearboxes' quality...
so, the difference should be smaller:)
Also there is one thing you have to consider:
The cost to upgrade from the basic manual 6-spd tranny to 6-spd
auto tranny for a 335i is $1275(MSRP), which is IDENTICAL to that

刚才在SAFEWAY看的杂志，MOTOR TREND和ROAD&TRACK这期都是比较这俩，都是比的
COUPE，MOTOR TREND RATE G37小胜335。但具体看，G37主要胜在VALUE，3万5的BASE，
3万9到4万2就能买到很好的配置了(包括19寸轮子)，335则要4万5以上。G37是V6 3。7
，0-60是自动5。4，手动5。2，335是I6 3。0，0-60自动5。1，手动4。8，还是快了不
少。尺寸G37要大一些，内饰也高级一些，335的耗油情况要省一些。G37是330匹@7200
转，335是300屁@5800转，马力上G37好那么一点，依我看最最关键的还是TORQUE，335
是一贯的宝马低速高扭矩，1400转就有300LBFT，而G37要5200转才270LBFT。。。。差
别太 |

335i上用的是ZF的六速,没记错的话是6HP26
后者说优点的话,
一个是可以承受的最大扭矩更高
一个是换档速度更快
同时在控制逻辑方面可能好一些
(比如控制torque converter锁止的时机,自动模式下挡位的选择,等等) |

easy to fix. I've also heard of engine oil overheating on many 335i's. Now
that's much harder to fix.
I myself have experienced neither. |

premium..., still learning, hehe, but mostly I have been trying first gear
and even second gear around 4k or higer rpm before up shift, then do shift
for other gears below 4k rpm.... seemed accelerate faster from start. But
probably not good for gas saving. |

If by "still learning", you mean you're still learning how to drive a stick,
I would advise not to learn it on a brand new 335i. But maybe modern
technologies in clutch and transmission are much more tolerant of a newbie... |

thinking about changing car, from my V8 Thunderbird to either one of these.
already tested 335 and i think just a base model i ll be happy. anyone has
exp with both? suggestions are welcome.
