周二(11月28日)据Finance Magnates报道，比特币最近节节冲高，已经在几家交易
所达到了1万美元的关口，在其他交易所也接近这一关口。
但是，当每一位市场分析师都在关注比特币的走势，《财富》（Fortune）杂志报
道说，一家位于纽约(专题)的分析公司Chainalysis发表了一项研究，结果发现，高达
379万比特币永远消失了。
该公司的估计在379万到278万之间。这意味着17 - 23%的比特币已经丢失。
根据这项研究，大部分丢失的比特币归属于已经被遗忘多年的帐户。
据推测，这些账户属于早期的矿工和那些在早期拥有比特币的人，当时比特币的价
格跟现在相比，几乎可以忽略不计。Chainalysis还估计，这些账户中有近20 - 40%的
账户再也不会被使用，因为最可能的是，这些账户的所有者已经忘记了密匙，甚至可能

seems reasonable for an entry level system. Usually Amazon has the lowest
prices but this product is being sold for $488.90. Wal-Mart seems to be
selling it cheaper at $379.00.
NOTE: The rear speakers are not wireless out the box if you are looking for
a HTIB that is wireless out the box, it is the Samsung HT-C6900W which is
not available from Amazon direct but through other merchants (Price ranges
from $600+)

I posted this deal a month ago, but Amazon has since dropped the price by
another $20 bringing it to $379.99, the lowest price for the white version I
've ever seen. Best Buy had the black version for $279.99 for a few minutes
, but that may have been a fluke and it's not available anymore. Factor in
tax savings and this is still a phenomenal price for a phenomenal camera.

加拿大納稅人聯盟（Canadian Taxpayers Federation）指出，根據今年的計算，大溫
都會區的駕駛者支付全國最高的汽油稅，高達汽油價的32％；而卑詩省會維多利亞及卑
詩其他地區的駕駛者所支付汽油稅也不遑多讓，佔汽油價的28至30％。
據該聯盟表示，大溫都會區駕駛者在每公升汽油所支付聯邦及省的消費稅、碳稅及統一
銷售稅（HST），達到44.55仙，這較全國平均每公升汽油稅的37仙，多出7.55仙；而卑
詩省的碳稅將於今年7月1日起再調升，每公升增加1.11仙，換言之，屆時卑詩駕駛者所
支付汽油稅將上升。
不應稅上徵稅
正舉行第13屆汽油稅誠實日的加拿大納稅人聯盟指出，聯邦保守黨於2004年一份新聞稿
寫道，最快捷紓緩加國駕駛者在入油的稅務壓力，就是停止在汽油消費稅上徵收貨勞稅
，所以總理哈珀（Stephen Harper）現應兌現承諾，取消在消費稅上徵收統一銷售稅，
因這是稅上徵稅。
