Please do not contact USCIS to request interfiling with the pending I-485s,
as we have already done this when we filed the I-140 and again when we
submitted the I-140 RFE response. Additional written requests may delay your
I-485 adjudication.
The service request I just submitted was to request immediate adjudication
of the I-485s, since they are now eligible for adjudication and outside of
processing time.

看议员回复感觉blackcheck clear了，目前在admin processing阶段
但是今天InfoPass问来的是biometrics info收到，但是还没有complete(问是name
check还没完成吗，回答是part of it)
请问-
1.这两个回答冲突吗？name check究竟完成了没有？
2.这个administrative process 具体是指什么？
3. 我的情况可以做SR吗？ 如果name check还没有做完，是不是SR也没有用？
SR有什么不利端吗？
好像有人说过如果做了SR，申请会被抽出来放到当月最后
不过以我的PD， RD，当月应该也没有多少人还没处理完了吧

NSC 一旦收到request， 就会forward 给485 adjudicator for review。但是NSC
cannot specify when the request will reach adjudicator due to case volume
and processing time.
如果排期没有C就要求transfer的，applicant不会收到separate acknowledgement，因
为这个request现在还不是 case action，要等到visa available transfer才会
complete。但是customer service可以确认收到你的request。
排期C了之后，Adjudicator可能会RFE询问你 preferred basis for 485 if more than
one is present(即多个approved 140). |

USCIS新规太操蛋了，越来越卡EB类绿卡了
10月1日后，485都要面试才能过，这会让本就了了无期的排期越拖越久，还更别提万一
面试中给你挑个漏眼就拒了，就像咱们当年签证一样，申诉都没地方申。我周围好多人
都是花了十多年读书、找工作、排期，结果就是USCIS变着法地拖下去，我有时候觉得
咱们甚至不如违法翻墙的老墨，人家孩子至少还有Dream Act，咱们落着什么好了？这
么多年交的税都喂狗了。。。哪个恐怖分子是走Employment Based Immigration的？好
意思提反恐，妈蛋。。。

发帖数: 8 | 22 很久没到这个版来了。之前曾经因为罚单到本版求助过，得到热心人的建议。自己一直
想把自己的经历和大家分享一下，但由于记错密码进不了站，就耽搁下来了。最近才刚
刚把密码找回来。
本人拿到两张罚单都是自己的过错，一张是下雨天开车没有看到主道上有车过因而没有
主动让车， 另一张是错上单行道，被巡逻的警察当场抓获。这两张罚单间隔三个月左
右。
根据自己的经历，心得有三：
1. 如果有时间，应该要求上法庭，即使法官最后不DISMISS CASE，也能够减少部分罚
金（大概是小一半）。一定要自己提出，一般法官会同意。不过，赢不了CASE，你就要
负担所有的出庭费用（大概是二百多）。
2. 省事的话，按照罚单上的地址写信要求上DDC，回信一般批准，但要求交纳一定量的
罚金（150左右），这远低于我因未停车要求交纳的罚金290刀。上DDC，在网上上，要
保证是TEA批准的课程。不然，就白上了。
3.拿到两张罚单后，就不能考虑上DDC了。很多州规定半年内不能上两次DDC（大于25岁
）。曾经想过从网上找律师，但费用不便宜，100多，而且没有保证。本人打过一次电

comments，既然编辑指明让你做adjudicative 。
不过一般我也都说前几个reviewer说的挺对的，challenge别的reviewer还是不太好。 |

是在哪个中心申请的了。
LIN – Nebraska Service Center (LIN refers to Lincoln, Nebraska).
EAC – Vermont Service Center (old name: Eastern Adjudication Center).
SRC – Texas Service Center (old name: Southern Regional Center).

是在哪个中心申请的了。

At this time, the H-1B Petition remains pending, and CIS adjudication
timeframes for these types of H-1B petitions have slowed to about five (5)
months
还有请问这句话是什么意思啊
Your H-1B petition was received at USCIS on August 20th, and CIS indicates
it is adjudicating Petitions received on July 10th. Therefore, it may be 1-
2 months before a decision on your H-1B petition is received. |

VSC的，昨天7/9打电话要求加急，电话里说5天之内回复。之前已经寄了offer letter
和加急信，还有些别的材料。

第一次加急：周五打电话周一收到被拒email，里面有一句 Your case is still

第二次加急：周二打电话周六收到被拒email，里面有一句 Your case is with an

这是移民局周六也上班的意思吗？email的内容是个good sign吗？还是只是系统默认的

Our advise is that to be on the safe side you not volunteer as it appears
that NSC is taking a different stance than guidance provided by SEVP. It
does appear that NSC in its adjudicating process is asking for pay stubs as
proof of employment, contradicting SEVP guidance. NSC is the adjudicator for
OPT and OPT extension; while OISS only recommends that a student be granted
OPT/Extension. I can understand your frustration, though it is not the

，第二天（4号）收到USCIS的邮件，邮件中说会加急处理我的case，但是没有提到需要
任何supporting material。我有点纳闷，等了几天之后仍然没有反应，就在8号又发了
一封follow-up email，附上了公司的offer letter以及我的request letter。USCIS有
一封auto reply, 但是没有任何实质性内容。以下是邮件内容：

在NIH， J1第五年是不可以Transfer的, 全部是自己先搞定Waiver, 新的单位直接办理
H1B
所以你只要找到新单位，可以直接办理H1B， O1 visa
找不 到， 可以先在一个学校挂着， 混F1 visa
