stock fund和ETF已经都买好了，接着想买bond，大概十二万的样子。
原来想买muni bond的，现在兜了一圈感觉直接买index fund比如FSITX可能更适合我。
目前比较纠结的是利率在低谷。Yallen说了今年要涨一次，明年要涨三次利率，现在买
bond fund的话短期内NAV肯定要跌。
想请教一下该采取什么措施？我想：
1.买ibond，过一年利息升的差不多了卖掉买bond fund，损失三个月的利息。但这个只
能买一万。
2.把钱存alley bank的CD，过一年取出来买bond fund。
这样做make sense吗？请大牛支招。
顺便问一下，这个ibond的利率是怎么算的。比如我10月1日买ibond，利率是3%的样子
。那么如果11月利率升了的话，我要什么时候才能享受新的利率？是十一月还是明年四
月还是五月？
