now all of sudden FF is wrong in using multi-thread? Can you distinguish
the difference between a feature and a bug?
Why not tell me when will IE8 use an easy to extend architecture

ucb是啥？
rise有是啥？
对清华同济比较喜欢很正常，本来人家就是重点专业么，而且清华名声也不错。其它学
校的也很多。
看作品集的侧重点因人而异吧，学校和学校、教授和教授都各有自己的爱好，很难讲得
清楚的。有的学校务实有的学校务虚空，举例就是洛杉矶的三所学校：南加大务实，讲
究城市设计解决当代的问题。加州大学洛杉矶分校务虚注重建筑理论，画的图职业建筑
师都看不懂，它没有本科建筑专业。南加州建筑学院培养艺术家，兼容并包，杂七杂八
的设计都有。
建筑的排名基本上就是DI的了，买本它的书看看啥都有了。
idea
architecture也有兴趣。听说architecture在美国比较饱和，工作难找。是这样么？还
有landscape architecture在美国发展怎样？是不是比起建筑学来说没那么饱和，就业
前景相对好些？
我听说哈佛gsd、mit、耶鲁、哥大、宾大、ucb、康奈尔、rise、南加州大学建筑学
院等顶尖名校似乎更倾向有国际背景的学生，在国内只对清华、同济比较喜欢，其他国
内高校申请很困难也鲜有人去，在美国真实的情况 |

我基础的确好差啊，哈哈。
以前还真是没有从工艺的角度来考虑scalability，因为scalability在很多文章里都是
和并行度这个概念一起讨论：比如，我把一个功能模块例化n次进行并行计算，速度只
提高了1.1倍，那么这种architecture就suffer from bad scalability。于是我就把
scalability理解成“在硬件资源上提高并行度，是否有意义”。请问这是不是另一种
scalability的定义呢？
关于reconfigurablity,我也知道ＦＰＧＡ是最佳的代表，不过如果从architecture的
角度来说，我的某个设计可以在tape-out前可以简单地改写成不同的design（比如，为
了速度，我用2路并行；为了面积，我用一路并行慢慢跑），有些paper里也管这个叫做
reconfigurable。
是不是architecture level的scalability和reconfigurability,与design
implementation的scalability和reconfigurability不一样定义呢？

Architecture level 对公司效益有直接的帮助，包裹大。但跨行差别也大。
Algorithm / data level 对公司效益的帮助，很多时候不好说，包裹通常小。。但技
