今天终于把车买回来了，03 ford taurus ses.
seller很nice,真的不枉我劳师动众，请了两个有license的朋友，驱车260迈，跑到DC
买这个车。他是first owner,轮胎好像是全新的，今天又刚刚换了个battery,plate也
没有卸掉就让我们开回来了，而且上面也有保险，让我们自己办了保险通知他，然后他
cancel掉自己的。感觉大城市里再碰到一个nice的seller,买车会很愉快。
我是在craigslist上面看到的，在DC的那个部分看得，联系了很多人，
最后选择的一家。其实中间也是有很多波折的，毕竟是远途买车。前面有人说没写功略

看了半天感觉都是能一个可以属于多个clusters，还有啥其他区别呢？
是不是soft clustering 是一个属于多个，但fuzzy clustering 一定是一个不同程度地
属于其他所有clustering?

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有
版权，任何人都可以自由使用。可是，为什么最应该用的人却不用呢... 阅读全帖 |

人物简介：寿山（1860年－1900年），字眉峰，黑龙江瑷珲人，汉军正白旗。为吉林将
军富明阿之子、明末将领袁崇焕八世孙。清末任黑龙江将军。黑龍江將軍，全稱鎮守黑
龍江等處地方將軍，清代黑龍江地區最高官員，康熙二十二年（1683年）設立，官階為
正一品，乾隆三十二年（1767年）改為從一品比直隶总督高半级。
聂士成（1836年－1900年），字功亭，谥忠节, 满清国人，满军名將，“力勇巴圖魯”
，直隸提督。直隸提督，统领直隶军务的最高军事长官，为从一品。
