马丁路德金为什么那么受到各族人推崇？
因为有黑人的暴乱，他的和平主张，秀才呐喊才会受到重视和欢迎。
一手大棒，一手胡萝卜，黑人弟兄们才有了平等。
目前大家的游行效果不错，Jimmy道歉了。接下来目标是ABC道歉，整改节目。等等。
如果说这个游行是秀才的呐喊，那么也必须要民众看到华人的肌肉。
我们的肌肉目前很小，华人拥枪比例，自卫的决心都远不如８２年洛杉矶的韩人。暴乱
就不说了，我不支持，也不可能发生在华人身上。

人的安全，我才开始考虑和研究枪的问题。在这里我把我了解的关于北美的普通老百姓
是应该拥枪还是禁枪的一些基本问题和解释列在下面，希望每一个华人读了之后能够认
识到应该怎样全面、客观地看待枪的问题，以及应该如何保护自己和家人的安全。
“拥枪”有两重意思，一是拥护允许守法公民持枪的法律，二是自己拥有枪。本文提倡
两者都要。做不到自己拥有枪的至少应该拥护其他守法公民持枪。

还是无意就比较难说。 即便是无意， 老张也有一定的责任。 一个成人， 在别人家里
用卫生间， 不想被人看见是不会被人看见的。 但把小孩的裤子脱了去touch（或者伸
进）可能性极微。 假设真是个pedophile, 那老张一定是个惯犯， 不然不会基本上认

纽约加州都禁了大弹匣，加哥禁了assaulted rifle。当然光一个地方禁其它地方不禁
效果肯定不理想。

必须先从攻击性步枪(Assault Rifle)说起。
看过美式足球的人应该都清楚一点：进攻队员个子小巧灵活快速，而防守队员普遍膀大
腰圆，这其中的道理不难明白吧？攻击性步枪的诞生和这是同一个思路：进攻的一方要
快速灵活。
美国二战时的主力步枪是半自动(扣一下扳机打一发)的M1Garand步枪，后来被归类为作
战步枪(Battle Rifle)，特点是枪重子弹重，优点是其有效射杀距离、杀伤力等都是后
来的攻击性步枪所无法比拟的，但缺点就是笨重，后坐力大，枪的装弹量小等，所以比
较适合远距离阵地战，不太适合后来越来越流行的近距离运动战，后者需要的是更轻便
的枪和方便大量携带的子弹，加上越来越成熟的连发功能(就是机关枪的概念,也叫全自
动,扣住扳机连发)，侧重于400米内作战的攻击性步枪就首先在德国诞生了，后来苏联
也以AK47步枪很快跟进，美国则一直到1963年才有了自己的攻击性步枪M16，它是在民
用步枪AR15的基础上改造的，虽然外表极其相似，但AR15是半自动，M16是全自动。

通过目前所有回帖来看,像你这样死不承认assault weapons和larger capacity
magazin对mass shooting带来的严重性的人，根本毫无道理、逻辑可言，我之所以还回
复就是让大家看看真实的数据是什么，不要被你们的伪数据分析蒙蔽。
1994-2004的Federal AWB,是禁止新的assualt weapons的生产和出售，在其法律生效前
的assault weapons不属于禁止系列。而且AWB禁止的也只是部分类型的assaut weapon,
具体自己可以wiki.因此基于这10年的mass shooting 数据并不是真正的“禁了所有的
步枪”。但是我们仍然可以借鉴看看禁止部分assault weapons对于mass shooting的影
