直接开除出学界了。笔者生性愚钝，见事不明，不仅未能参与到这个伟大的运动中去，

在弯曲还是很有几个的，比Athenian好的也有。一般非宗教比宗教的寄宿高中要贵一

there is another one called squaw valley academy located at Squaw Valley Ski
Resort, which is about 200 miles from SF, 关于那个Squaw Valley的学校好处是离开大城市比较远所以学坏的机率比较
小。当然无论去哪个学校都可能学坏主要是看小孩自己的自制力。连续几次去squaw滑雪的时候都
见到SquawVA的中国学生搭我们酒店的shuttle和他们聊了聊觉得这个学校还可以。 |

这次可谓人生又完整了一遍，首次flat tire，首次60miles(差点)，etc....。本来打
算首骑就能登顶的，NMD，就差4个miles。就一个字，摔！
当天早上4点就起了，随便吃点早餐，5点抗上车车直奔这次的起点，之前约了另外一个
打了鸡血的同事，从livemore出发，打算从livemore然后走south gate上山，我们的计
划是25个mile的“warm up ride”，然后10个miles的上山，最后25个miles的“
recovery ride”，早上的气温还是很适合的，7点roll out, 沿途的路很好骑，骑啊，
骑啊。。。
骑啊，骑啊。。。骑啊，骑啊。。。途经Dublin, 骑啊，骑啊。。。骑啊，骑啊。。。

到了准备上山的点, Athenian School， 稍微修整一下，准备出发的时候竟然flat

下了班，回家会合新同学，取了行李，去机场。
在机场的 Wendy's 买了汉堡包吃。
然后飞机正点起飞，飞往荷兰（Netherlands）首都阿姆斯特丹（Amsterdam）。
我们的之旅开始了，哈哈哈哈哈哈。
飞机票是2012年05月13日从 www.delta.com 购买，每个人1321.50美元两个人一共2643

然后在躺椅区躺着休息等着中午飞雅典（Athens）的飞机。
看黑白电影《基督山伯爵》，好老的片子了，不过还挺有意思。

新同学正好刚吃完早餐。
把旅馆的帐结了，拿了行李出发。
现在开车前往德尔斐小镇（Delphi）。
开不了一会儿大概11：00左右就到了。
先简单说一下德尔菲吧。
德尔菲是古希腊最重要的神谕处（Oracle），也就是接受神的旨意的地方。
在古希腊神话中，众神之王宙斯（Zeus）为了确定大地的中心，从东西两端放飞两只神
鹰。
神鹰相向翱翔，最后在德尔斐相会，宙斯由此断定德尔斐是大地的中心，或者叫做“大
地的肚脐”。
正是在这里，宙斯的儿子，也就是太阳神阿波罗（Apollo），杀死了盘踞在此处的“巨
蟒”（Python）。
所以人们在此处修建祭坛来祭祀阿波罗。
后来人们也在此占卜以求得到神的旨意。
除了重要的宗教意义以外，德尔菲还是每四年一次的皮提亚运动会（Pythian Games）
的举办场地。
古希腊一共有四个著名的运动会，每年轮流举行其中的一个。
最著名的就是大家都知道的奥林匹克运动会（Olympic Games），排名第二的就是这个
皮提亚运动会了。
